Terms of Service
The short version: use the tools responsibly, and the paid plans work like any normal subscription — clear pricing, cancel anytime.
Acceptable use
Use Nexora extensions in line with the terms of the platforms they work alongside (e.g. WhatsApp, Instagram). You are responsible for how you use exported data, including complying with any privacy obligations you have toward the people in it.
Paid plans & billing
Paid tiers are billed on a recurring basis by our payment processor until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the processor’s customer portal (linked from your purchase receipt) or by emailing us; you’ll keep access through the end of the paid period.
No affiliation
Nexora AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp, Instagram, Meta, or Google. Product names are used only to describe compatibility.
No warranty
Extensions are provided "as is." We work to keep them reliable and privacy-respecting, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted operation, especially when a platform (e.g. WhatsApp Web) changes its page structure.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the current version.
